I replaced the two just above the TM-09176, to check the capacitance and ESR can I use a multimeter?

2Sec to black repeat issues
Hi guys,
Just to preface this, I've read and followed the sticky guide on this.
I've got a samsung Syncmaster 2443BW, and it had the 2 sec to black issue. I replaced most of the caps, and it worked fr about 2 and a half hours before reverting back to 2 sec to black.
Anyone know why this happens, and if there is a fix for it?
The fact it was working then stopped again leads me to believe it wasn't the caps.
I can take other photos if need be.
