Benq Zowie XL2540K / Power board failure / 6Pin-SOP-Chip identification

    Hello everyone,
I've got a Benq power board of a XL2540K monitor which suffered from a power cut and is since defective / won't turn on. It's got obvious defects, some blown resistors, some burning around the drain pin of a MOSFET...
... and some 6-pin IC I struggle identifying, that is driving said MOSFET.
The IC is labeled as IC601, so someone with a circuit schematic could probably identify it really quick, unfortunately I can't find the schematics.
In other power boards of Benq for which I did find the schematics, IC601 is an 8-pin NCP1200 PWM controller - I suppose the function of this 6 pin chip is the same.
    See the photos attached.

    Pin 1 - idk, i suppose GND
Pin 2 - connected via optocoppler to low-voltage/DC side
Pin 3 - seems to be connected to GND via resistor
Pin 4 - connected via resistor to Drain of MOSFET
Pin 5 - idk, maybe VDD - i can't really see a direct connection to the plus of the rectifier
Pin 6 - connected to the gate of the MOSFET

    Could it be an OB2263?

    Thanks for any help,
    kindly,
    Sepp

If you see any markings on it, gently wipe it with alcohol or acetone with an ear swab to wash off the varnish coating and look under a magnifying glass at what is written on it.

I'll see if I can get it under a microscope.
Thanks for that table, that looks as though there aren't that many options actually and probably one out off all those might do the trick.

Can you tell me which website you used to filter for those components?

                Hi everyone.
Does this look fixable to you?
I don't see any blown capacitor or something that stands out.

It's not a 4k monitor, but still a good 27' fuull HD one.
                Any help is much appreciated.
                Thanx....

Long story short... ccfl's failed, bought this "ca-155" led replacement but can't identify pin/wire assignment on both power supply board and logic board since neither have anything printed over the pcb, no ENA, DIM, VCC, GND, 5v, BL-ADJ or anything like that, nothing!!!

Component identification on BenQ GL2580H (715G8436-M01-000-004L)
                by tekil4o
                Hello!

I'm trying to fix a image flickering problem (from time to time) of a BenQ GL2580H monitor. Some times the image is perfect but most of the time when you turn the monitor on the image is flickering like the refresh rate is mismatched. It flicker even without connected source. After testing of the voltages unfortunately the main board lost power - power supply board still provides steady 18.04v (pcb markings says 19v) but that voltage is lost at U705 from the pictures. The component is labeled "YVAJF" but I cannot find anything in the internet to tell me what...

                Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Acer predator XB241YU screen. When I plug it in, the startup LED turns on instantly, and I can't turn off the screen without unplugging it.
After disassembly and inspection of the electronic cards I found what looks like a broken inductor, it is marked with the letter A and is at location L58.
In the first photo you can see the broken component, in the second photo you can see where it is on the board, in the third photo you can see the silkscreen and in the fourth photo you can see the identification sticker of the main board
                I...
