i receive no power. and i open it, i saw the have Burned IC or Mosfet. the Part 8pins Code 4620. i remove it this parts. yes have power now. but no light

i try to check on Google part no code ao4620

Question any same Parts can replacement of this mosfet can compatible to used in my country no store can sell this Part?

You have to match pinout and general specifications. The new ones can be better then the old one, if you find some other part number.

I think there is a 4450 ( or 4407 ) that could be used , but you need to check the specifications.
