I have a Dell E5470 that powers up and boots windows no problem. Using a non-standard universal type charger, it shuts down immediately if moved, (power short in that charger or AC power jack) because the battery has no charge and isn't charging orange/white lights blinking on the front. When first powered up, BIOS power alarm stated that it could not detect the voltage setting and I had to dis-able the message to get past this. It got into Windows fine, as long as not moved, so I dis-assembled it looking for a cold solder joint on the power jack that I thought might be lifting off the MB, but...

Hi guys!
I have a Samsung 4K QN49Q6FAM in my RV. The front windshield was leaking a little (just the odd drop) and it was landing on the front of the screen so I picked it up and moved it. Since then, as soon as you plug it in the backlight comes on and then it restarts, the backlight comes on, and it restarts. In other words, it's re-booting continually and there is no display.
I took the rear cover off, no signs of moisture period. And when I looked at it more closely, it's pretty near impossible that any water got in it.

Hi everyone,
Weeks ago, I tried to connect the CH3741a to a Winbond chip. Some of the people who helped me (and I thank them) told me that the connection between the wires or their orientations were not good. However, even if I rectify this, it doesn't work (but I'm thinking there may be sub-steps I'm missing).
I've also been told that I was trying to read a 16-pin chip with 8-pin hardware, and that it wouldn't work. I've bought an adapter, but I can't figure out how to plug it in (yes, there's a lack of documentation), but I'd really like it to work at least...once!... -
