The monitor displays a toatally white Screen. This version has an external ac adapter that one would think has the voltage inversion circuity inside. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm thinking this could be the external AC adapter ( weren't a bunch of them manufactured with the defective CapXon caps ) and I was wondering if a replacement had been designed and offered?Comment

Most faults like this are internal to the Monitor, if you have Power lamp etc, then probably the adaptor is fine.Comment

I'm no expert, but my 245BW shows just a white screen if only the inverter/lamps are plugged inComment

Do you have the pictures of the boards of this Mag? It sounds like the inverter circuits do not shutdown.Never stop learning
