Sam-sung inverter board > SIC1803A rev0.0

    Sam-sung inverter board > SIC1803A rev0.0

    I did a Google search on this part and found nothing on it

    Need part for D3 and D13 they have ( S3 on line one ) (34 on line two) on the diode the part was made by
    General Semiconductor



    This all the info on this part

    Here is a photo of the board

    That MIGHT be this diode.

          This is the part # that I am going to order unless you think that is the wrong one
          but this one has the S3 marking that one that I have has on it

          I did look at the data sheet

          SD101CWSTPMSCT-ND DIODE SCHOTTKY 40V 400MW

            Having a hard time finding any supplier that has this part in stock

            1SS388

            This board works alright with out the diode in place but I do not want run it very long with out it
