The biggest cap in the first image looks marginal.

Welcome to the forum! There are a few issues that require attention before most members will help:
1) Please be more specific about the symptoms. Telling us there is no display isn't very helpful. Saying that there is an image for a few seconds before it goes off, that the power light stays on, or there's a flash of light, ticking sound, etc is VERY helpful. Any observations you provide can only help us help you.
2) Photos are always good, but we need to see the entire board, top and bottom. Use natural lighting and try to get the best focus possible. Remember, we're not sitting next to you and we have to see what you're seeing in order to provide test instructions.
