Hi,Firstly id better start off by saying im new to the electronics world so please be patient with me, anyhow ive just inherited the above mentioned monitor from a friend, he was told that it was the main board (logic board) that maybe at fault but never had it confirmed,
There is no amber or green light illuminating on the power switch, have had a look over the powerboard & all caps look o,k (including under the alloy plate) & have read somewhere that they are quite robust units,
But seeing as the small pcb that has the on/off & adjustment switches mounted on it goes to the logic board would the diagnosis of the logic board being faulty be a correct one?, if so is there a common cause of failure in this unit (VL-2402 rev:1),
Thanks in advance. (sorry if this is a bit vague).
