Inverter Belinea 102035W doesn't work after replacing caps

I have two Belinea 102035W 20.1inch screens with bad caps. A week ago I noticed the caps on the inverter boards were bad, just like the guy in this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=13061 I replaced the caps, and voila: it worked perfectly.

However, the second screen didn't work after replacing all the caps. I removed the inverter board from the working screen and voila: image.

Obviously something besides the caps are bad in the inverter board, however I can't seem to locate the problem. Did I perhaps heat the board too long, or are there other things I could check? The F1 fuse seems fine.

did you check the fuse? (F1 on the bottom of the board.. left of the connector pins)

those caps look like general purpose panasonics (silver markings).. not low esr (which would have gold markings, unless they're FR series).
    also untrimmed leads?

      Thanks for the reply!

The guy in the store insured me those were the correct caps.. I will try to obtain and replace them with low-esr caps. Is there a chance damage has been done?

And yes I know the leads haven't been trimmed yet Shouldn't matter for testing purposes though

        Check U2,3,6,7.

On a first glance the U3,4,5,6,7 transistors seem to be ok. However, the F1 fuse seems to have blown now, measuring infinite resistance.

I will order new low-esr caps. With what should I replace the fuse? The only marking on it is "TP".
