Digidesign Control 24 Fader Problem

Hi, i have a problem with a Digidesign Control 24. When i turn the unit on, it works normally as it should. But when it becomes warm, the faders start to make trouble. Sometimes its the first 8 fader bank, sometimes its the second 8 fader bank.

oh sorry, i forgot the description! They are jumping around, up and down, sometimes they stuck in place (the motor forces them) and sometimes, when they get touched, the flip to the top, and if touched again, they flip down. The flip up and down happens only on the second (B Bank) the random jumping happened on the first bank (A Bank) It always happens with all 8 faders at once.
