The easiest way to measure ESR is with an ESR or component tester. It can't be measured with continuity.
With the power off and disconnected have you checked any of the components for shorts, is the fuse ok, if this is open then it can indicate a failure in the hot side.
Have you checked for any voltages ?
What brand are the capacitors, randomly replacing when there is so much to test and check is rather pointless IMO.
The 24v is on the same track, doesn't matter if they are soldered together or not.

Hi yes I tested the one fuse on it thts F1 and theirs Continuaty with board disconnected by it self no power and disconnected no I haven't check for voltages and so from were should bi check ? the actuall power connection were it receives power or? How I don't have a component tester I'll have to buy one later this week and no I haven't checked other components for short I'm gonna go over with multimeter see wht I find

The brand on caps very difficult to make out as well wht type they are (Samyoung) 120uf on the biggest one on the other I can't tell Brand's

Hi and thnk u for replying i Ben trying to upload pictures and it won't allow me to I don't have any special machinery to test I can just test with multimeter the esr right with continuaty option if not wht If just replace all the caps would tht fix my issue Note: I noticed the 2 +24V are soldered together are they supposed to be like tht on back

So you are not getting ANY Voltage at all on the cold side?
What DC V do you get when measure right between the two legs of the main filter caps in the hot side (be real careful since you will be working in the deadly side of the circuit)?

Ok so I bought a non working Vizio sound bar Model
vizio s3851w-d4 iam assuming it's power board issue
Possibly a cap or any help would be much appreciated to repair
