My charging station stopped working. It charges and the flashlight works, but if I turn on the DC output, it stops working! Does anyone have any diagrams and what could it be?

You probably have multiple DC outputs, so you have to look at each one to see which one it is. Once you remove the short, all other DC outputs should be working ok again. The lamp is a separate DC circuit.

Or start at the switch that turns on the dc voltage and see where it hooks to the board and work backwards to where you find a short
One note the BMS board is a little bit weird because it has a connector where the mosfets are I have not seen this kind-a setup before I am curious to where this connection to the next board and what it does and what it tells the main controller board
I have one of these type power pack and I have thought about taking it apart and putting a much bigger battery pack in it externally and now seeing what is in one I going to give it a try and see what happens

the judge from all problems with the inverter which BLUETTI blocked in the transferred firmware.
I am not very confident about the longevity of this device and I was even thinking about buying another now I might have to reconsider this idea

I don't think it's worth changing the station. After watching a lot of video services, it turned out that this is a banal problem of battery imbalance due to a weak BMS. If the station is not used constantly, then there should be no problems. With frequent use of the station, the lithiumferum elements are charged unevenly, which is why this error appears! The treatment turned out to be simple! After updating to the latest BMS firmware, the DS port immediately started working! But for the AC, I had to wait 12 hours for the charge to evenly charge all the elements!

advice if you have problems with the BLUETTI station write to them by email. The BLUETTI team was always in touch and responded very quickly. I did not have updates for the station. They asked for my serial number and said that they would add it to the list for an emergency update. After which 2 updates immediately appeared in my application. Which led to a complete cure of the station and it is now fully functional. THANKS TO THE BLUETTI TEAM!

One note about the video that was showing that the battery cells were unbalanced yes you can try to rebalance them but if they are suffering from self discharging sin drum there is nothing you can do about that you just have to replace the battery cells with new ones then use a battery balancing device that was shown in that video
One other note about the other video about the inverted locking out the controller board and not being able to resetting the controller unless you disconnect the controller cable between the inverter and controller board I am not sure what to make of this situation unless it is for the reason I mentioned above in the beginning of this postLast edited by sam_sam_sam; 08-11-2024, 06:55 AM.
