Batterys for Segway / Hoverboard / Balance Board

Sorry if this is a silly question, but my son has a ride on hoverboard.

It needs a new battery pack (current one fitted shown in pic)

My question is, can I fit one with a higher Ah rating? As long as it is 36v? And if so how high Ah can I go??

    Would these be any good? £9.61 50%OFF | 100% Original 36v 30Ah lithium battery 10s2p 36v Battery 30000mAh lithium ion pack 42V 30000mah scooter twist car battery

    Picture of charger also included.

    Any help grately appreciated

Well you need to find out what type of BMS protection board if it is just a protection board or is it a balancing protection board and what appropriate amperage is the BMS board rating

And what type of batteries they are as well

You can not get 30 amp hours out of battery pack that small unless it is some special type battery that has high amperage in high density type battery and it going to be a much bigger battery

18650 batteries are at most are 3.5 amp hour 21700 batteries I am not sure exactly what the highest amps these batteries can be

So to be 30 amp hours who knows maybe made up

Here is what I would do is carefully take apart the heat shrink tubing on the battery pack wooden or plastic tools should only be used to avoid shorting out the battery pack and show some pictures of the inside of this battery pack

I might be able to help you with some replacement options for the BMS protection that is in this battery pack

There are battery options if this battery pack does not last very long or the running time is not acceptable please feel free to ask what your options could be

Vizio e601i-A3 - Has Sound and Display, But No Backlight - Bad Power Supply Board or Bad LED Bulbs ?
          by Tynan Dill
I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

          Assuming...

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

Ryobi 36V (aka 40V) 6Ah Faulty Battery Pack
          by brispuss
Purchased a Ryobi 36V 6Ah battery pack maybe just over a year ago.

Battery pack had been used on about 3 or 4 occasions for powering a cordless lawnmower. I was wanting to use this battery pack again recently, but on checking the battery charge state via the battery pack test button, there was no LED indication at all of charge state which suggested the pack was fully discharged.

I found this to be odd as I usually fully recharge battery packs shortly after use. So either the pack developed some sort of fault which completely discharged the pack cells (after recharging),...

LG OLED77G1PUA - No Video / Audio after a TCON Board change and Software Update
          by Hakuu
          Hi There,

This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.

After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.

          More Details

          TV Model - LG OLED77G1PUA

Got the same exact TCON board from TVPartsToday and replaced it. But didnt transfer the EPPROM data (didnt...

          Sony xbr-65x900c main board issues?
          by jb_Bak
Hey guys great forum glad to have found it. I bought a Sony XBR 65X900C cheaply because it didn't work. No signs of life at all not even a light/led. All I hear is a brief high voltage sound when I throw the power to it.

Didn't see any obvious signs of damage so right away started checking voltages. This is what I see:
Power Board Connector that goes to Main board
          CN6401
          Pin 01 NC
          Pin 02 NC
          Pin 03 "BL_ON": 0V
          Pin 04 "N/C"
          Pin 05 "STBY 3.3V": 3.5V
          Pin 06 "GND": N/C
          Pin 07 "AC_OFF"...
