i have a problem with jbl boombox 2, is not charging the battery. i charge the battery on a power source, is working, but somehow is a false charging. shoul change the SY8303AIC ?

I found a compatible component for sale. sy8263a iC, there is on aliexpress. step down regulator 30v 3A .

Several supply lines from 24 volts :

5 volts
3.3 volts

maybe 1.2volts and 12volts but i don't remember.

Q3 is in post #3 on the right side of the picture (next to the glue) It looks like a DFN8 3034 seems to be the part number,
