    Philips 19pfl3403d/27 Power On Issue

    I have 7 Philips 19pfl3403d/27 Lcd's all with the same problem. They work fine until they sit over night. In the morning they will not turn on. Once I unplug them for a hour or so they work fine. Very annoying! I have one good unit and first swapped power supplies. That did not fix it. I then swap video boards that did fix it. Could this be bad caps? I have replaced swallen caps before but none of these "appear" bad, I am thinking of buying the service manual but I have limited electronics experience. BTW if you unplug them at night they work in the morning.

      Hello everyone,

      First of all, please excuse me as I'm quite new to this field.

      I have a Philips 55PUS6804/12 TV. It turns on and off instantly (backlight flash). I personally think it's a backlight issue (faulty LEDs). Could you help me confirm my diagnosis?

      I've checked and the T-CON seems to be fine. I disconnected one ribbon cable at a time at the bottom, but the problem persists.
      The Ambilight works perfectly and stays on.

      No sounds.

      My Plasma Philips 37inch chassis FTL2.1 does not show picture. It automatically goes into protection mode after 30 seconds (red led blinks at 3Hz)


      Is there someone having any symptom like this? How to fix it?

      philips 55pft5500/12 Backlight issue. What am I doing wrong?

      TV philips 55'' no backlight (image ok).
      I tested the backlight with my led tester from the unplugged connector cable and it lights up. I had voltages at the motherboard connector, but anyway I order a new psu. Same problem, same voltages. Disassembled the TV and checked every strip with my led tester, they all light up, same voltage for every pair of strip (they go two by two).
      What am I missing?

      And something else I don't understand. I checked and I have 3v Leds, 10 per strips. Why every pair of strip (so 20 Led) take about 32v when powered up with my led tester 🤔

      Need help with this unit...looks like the colors are not displayed correctly....not an expert, but looks like something wrong with the GREEN...have attached the photo of the 'home menu' and the recorded video of the Demo video that's on the TV for viewing/testing.

      Where should I look for faults? Everything else looks/works ok.

      BTW...have upgraded to the latest FW/SW version, but nothing changed....
