It might be a single mosfet, are pins 1,2,5,6 connected together?
Is that number 4T6V ? is there a dash above the V ?

                Re: help indentifying component please

mosfet does not switch on when 3v are applied to gate. so i have no ground to my motor.
btw thanks to all for the answers.
i wonder how you could identify this component, since i tried on smd lookup marking codes table and found nothing.
                thanks again

Mostly 99% work on laptop repair, from there i knowing alpha omega's mosfet. Also have several time see mark with "dash" and number/letter with orientation anticlockwise 90 degree on the end body package. BUT totally newbie at all, that's way reading many threads for learn.

                      Indentifying an old exploded cap.
                      by Crystaleyes
                      Hi all.

A friend asked me to help remove the mains hum from an old 60's or 70's portable record player.
The brand is Motoplay, which is an obscure Brazilain brand.

Anyway. One of the caps seemingly decided to launch itself into outer space and exploded in the process.

It appears to have been a ceramic disc with coloured stripes, and from the bits I could find and see, it appeared to be either violet or silver on top, followed by some brown, then some orange.

It definitely had silver, brown orange going down, but the brown...

Help me identify the missing component... Sound to light circuit
                      by edugimeno
                      hI there!
Im trying to help a friend repairing a large, real-sized short-circuit robot.
This is remotely controlled and has a 2 way voice send/receive. Also while the hidden operator is talking, the red bulb inside the "mouth" should flash according to the sound
Some other technician used to service it and he was fired leaving all the repairs unfinished and no documentation at all.

What I found is a sound receiver, a speaker, and a wire directly to the mought bulb (a normal motorbike 5W 12V bulb).
So I bought a simple 2X30W amplifier to feed the loudspeaker...

                      repairing an EVGA 1080
                      by TheDevastatedOne
Hello, I am repairing an EVGA 1080 that appears to run fine with the stadard VGA drivers in windows 10 but when you load the Nvidia drivers there are artifacts.
I think I have narrowed the problem down to a component that is located at Q3302 (There are a # of schematics here https://www.gadget-manual.com/nvidia-geforce/ for similar 1080's but not specifically the EVGA ones)

But everyone I've asked is not 100% certain what the part in question is located at Q3302 and is marked with "AG4X"
So I am including some photos.
I have possibly narrowed it down...

Need help indentifying capacitors for Samsung tv.
                      by QuestionLegionaire
I have a Samsung ue55b7070 which won't turn on but makes a clicking noise.

After having a look around, the noise and dim sound like buzz/fizz, seems to be coming from a film capacitor marked "105k 450v S 938 FMPE" However, I am unable to find out the exact specifications of the capacitor and was wondering if anybody could help.
