Relay Cross Reference or other option

I had a couple custom made boards for a 350V DC power supply and discharge for high power battery backup packs, I blew the damn relays acting like a moron. Trying to find the same size relay, preferably a better heavier duty relay.

    TRGB-L-SS-112DM

    https://en.maritex.com.pl/relays/ele...-ss-112dm.html

is the relay, i tried finding them locally, and had no luck.

I need 3 of them, also if anybody knows where to get the same one in the US id be stoked too.. need these asap..

Looks to be a pretty common form factor. Just find a relay with the same footprint, height, pin-out, and current rating (8A would be OK, too).

that's what im trying to do, unfortunately with no luck, seems like the only form factor is one other Chinese brand and its not available anylonger.

yes, tried them but only option is a bigger unit and this power supply is tighter than a knats a$!

Switching 350VDC with that relay, you're gonna have a bad time.

Good point. That 28V DC rating means that above 28V arcing between contacts can happen, which will weld the contacts.

yeah thats why there is 5 of them, and unfortunately the software written is on an unwritable eprom.. all 5 engage at 310v and then they also are used for discharge.. its a weird build..

Yeah PeteS In CA, all of them welded together when I made a booboo, used the wrong discharge resistance and cooked them past the melting point..

ok, back in the states, came home to half my house electronics destroyed after a nasty power outage from a car accident outside my house.. oye... anyhow, Im going to order a couple different size relays and hope i can stuff them in..

just found out my brand new sunsui led tv won't turn on now.. literally just got it 3 months ago..

                              Hi,

I'm getting some conflicting information and thought I'd toss it out to all of you for input.
What I have is a TTC-104 thermistor. This is part of a temp sense circuit that will drive a small 12v fan to cool components mounted to SMPS heat sink.
The physical diameter of the piece is 5.1mm measured with a caliper.
Other than what you see in the pic, there is no other writing on the part.

My research of the TTC-104 says it should read 100 ohms at 25C. Out of circuit measurements have it at approximately 100k. It does change as the temp changes....

                              by jm1234
Hi, I'm seeing one 9V relay having temperature 40C on its 9V (primary) side. Does that seem right? I switched 2 relays on that board and the temperature was the same (on the same position), so I'm sure it's not a faulty relay. I measured voltage on that relay and it was 9.5V DC, so that looks good. I don't see any other relay on that board having that kind of temperature and they have 9V on them too.
I thought maybe the transistor that is switching this relay keeps switching on/off, so I also checked for AC and there was almost none: 0.3V using mV range. No steady frequency was shown, but...

                              Hi everyone!
I have this board that suddenly stopped supplying power to an output that drives an interchanger cleaner motor.
I checked while the board was in place with all wires attached and there's no AC voltage on the corresponding plug X5
This X5 is driven by fuse F8 (tested OK) which comes from the second orange relay
To make sure there are no charcoaled contacts inside the relay, I got a 24VDC power supply and got it ready to manually power up the coil side of these relays.
I respected the polarity, positive to cathode of protecting diode
                              So provided all...

I was working on this CNC machine today found no keyboard functioning no control relay powering on
The screen powered on and was giving an operation error but the manual was not very clear about what the error exactly was but with a little bit of troubleshooting and finding out that the control relays not powering on and no keyboard functions we narrowed down to this one switching power supply which of course does not have any indicator LED light they are on the keyboard interface/relay controller board
