maybe a really stupid question, but i am new at repairing, so..... can you tell me how is the bios chip powered on? if for example i found that there is no vol reading on bios pin chips, is it because pch chip is not sending signal to bios to power on or is it the other way?
What i am asking is bios powering pch or is it other way? or even vorse, does it depend on the model of laptop?
