Jiffy Garment Steamer Model J-4000 Tripped power outlet

Need help to pinpoint why my Streamer tripped my outlet.
I plug it it and bam loud pop followed by tripped breaker.

Next I reset breaker switch, turn streamer on hear pop and burning but did trip breaker for the 2 sec I left it plug in.

I have pics, most likely the cause of problem is the heating elements that are leaking and caused the problem.

Now how Do I go find out if it's only the element issue or some other component failed as well.

Slight update, streamer appears to be working. I remove tank and inspected heating element and get 9.8ohms which is about right for this 1500 W heating element.

Only problem is it leaks at fitting so time to replace it.
Any have a place to get this element cheaper besides jiffy they want $32 for a heating element.

attach is link and pic or element it w shaped 1500W

      Macintosh Quadra 840AV PSU
      by nicktasios
I had my Quadra 840AV (which I recapped and had working) plugged in for some time without using it and randomly decided to turn it on today. Unfortunately it did not turn on. After checking the PSU, I found out I was not getting anything from 12V, only from the 5V rail. After a few minutes, I removed the PSU and plugged it back in the electrical outlet and it suddenly started making a weird sound and soon after smoke started coming out. I quickly unplugged it. I opened it up but on first instance I didn't see anything out of the ordinary really. I later turned it back on and one of the MOVs blew...

      Strange relay Programmable outlet
      by bios321
      Hi all
The culprit ELEWAY BF24-1A-H-S 24VDC relay.
Item a programmable outlet Brennenstuhl dt v2. It just won't turn on and off when it should. The reset works fine but I do not hear the relay clicking on/off. I have two of these outlets, one works fine the other one not even close. I think it is the relay but I cannot find it to buy. Also I cannot find a similar one. I cannot find a datasheet for this relay. So I am stuck. Any help, any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

monitor AORUS AD27QD - short circuit and tripped breaker.
      by sew333
Hello. I had a good monitor AORUS AD27QD. Yesterday when i was sleep i left monitor on like always. When i woke in morning there was not power in house. Something tripped breaker/fuse.
When i turn up breaker and power back in,monitor just refused to turn on. So monitor i guess tripped breaker somehow and make short circuit.

PC starting normally. Only monitor get damaged.
During night only pc was running and monitor. Other devices was off.

Is this possible that monitor can trip breaker?

Firstly I am not a tech. You guys may see mistakes or oversights in my methods so don't be bashful and feel free to post corrections/opinions.

      =>Background:
I bought my son a used Xbox One original model: A12-220N1A Rev: 02 with original PSU & 2 controllers 7 years ago. I “modded” the unit placing a 4.5” 12V exhaust fan with a 9v wall wart adapter on top of the vent/fan of the unit. And plugged the Xbox PSU into a Tripplite LTR-600 voltage regulator. Also connected to the Tripplite are a 275w computer tower, an Xbox 360 PSU and a Westinghouse 52” LED TV. ...
