I going to order another set of pouch battery cells for the other battery operated tab welder I have so they will be the same specs as far as the battery pack so that I can make very large battery packs and not have to worry about any temperature issues

For some reason I can not add pictures to the post above I have not had this issue before until now what is up with this

Everr sense this last update to this forum there has been some weird behavior when trying to create a post and most of the time when you come back another time everything seems to be working again

And sometimes when looking at this forum on an iPhone using Duck Duck Go has issues sometimes going back to the main page for the different topics and sometimes just forget where it is and not using Duck Duck Go is not an option because most of the screen is taken up by an ad of some sort which is unacceptable trying to read anything

And no I am not using a VPN right now because the one I was using stopped working for me for some reasons on my iPad

The 107080 pouch battery cells will fit in the enclosure but the tabbing is to wide and would hit the two brass power rails on the bottom of the circuit board so I have to use one more 606080 pouch battery cells and just put one more in it for a total of 7.5 amp hours instead of 5 amp hour that was in originally in it

I am very disappointed that I cannot put 107080 pouch battery cells in but it is what it is unfortunately

The two 107080 pouch battery cells that I bought for this project is going to be use for a super long lasting battery pack for my heat shrink label machine which is going to be external I going to use one of these original battery pack and gut the two 18650 battery cells that are in there now

Well things did not go well with one of the battery operated battery tab welders by accident I hooked up the battery cells backwards and it started smoking a little bit I removed quickly but the damage was done

The second one is charging now and I will try when it is fully charged back up again
