With the dot under the marking code i`d say its made by onsemi. The dot means lead free. Don`t know the part nmber though

unfortunatly "V" doesnt sound like a datecode.

          maybe it's this:

The font on it looks like ALPHA & OMEGA (some kind of MOSFET)

                  hm..
that reel is ANW, not ANP and alphaOmega datasheets dont even mention markings!
it's a big risk given it's a custommers B&O audio unit worth more than any sane person should pay!

AO3420 - their marking is ANxx (xx) - date code.

Uh what camera+lens do you mean?

I have an old Sony camera Alpha DSLR series I was going to toss in the garbage, the battery pack is getting old and if you disconnect power the BMS loses some data and a new battery will not work.
Macro lens for this obsolete Alpha is stupid expensive and the other Sony lens I have are shitty. Not very clear at all.
I think 30mm macro for portraits, 90mm for bug close ups lol.

I made a light box thing I can post pics later but it really helps alot to have bright light so the depth-of-field is good, and high CRI LED's that have lots of red in their spectrum.
