Help confirming the function of these ICs on this board

So I took apart a device I am trying to dump the flash from and have successfully identified that it has a Samsung 2GB Flash. My issue right now is that I am unsure if (see image) these two chips are DRAM or also some kind of storage that I can/should dump. They both have "Z2V56S40JTP-G6" written on them but I cannot find datasheets for such chip anywhere. My educated guess is RAM but I am very unsure due to the obscurity.

It's probably a Zentel SDRAM.

Yes, this is 256Mb Synchronous DRAM.
