H5 Zener diode

hello guys ,
i'm a beginner in electronics and laptop repairs, i had a diode that was blown on my face it's coded as H5 (ZD5245BS2) , i wanna know how come it blown on my face , and secondly is there any equivalent zener diode i that i can replace it with, thank you.

have to see the circuit to work out why it is blown up
it's rating is 15v 200mW

because you were looking at it when it blown .replace with same or equivalent and expect it to blown again unless you fixed why it blown .

thanks a lot for your answer , can i replace it with a another zener diode marked with A5 ?? just to be sure

i mean if it is a zener and not something from a different company using the same code.
