What type to look for ATX 24 + 8 PSU connectors?

I trying to build a little testing PSU bench, so I need the connectors, witch I solder into my PCB to draw the current from the PSU.

These are the well-known ATX 24pin and the 12V 8pin connector. But under what type of connectors I should search?
    What to look for?

Tried few obvious combination of ATX, 24, 24pin and PSU, but no help on Mouser and Digikey. Anyone know better, please?

      Yes, almost!

      Close call, but:
      1) the female ones found on mainbaord
      2) 24pin not 20pins and the 8pins for 12V line too...

Re: What type to look for ATX 24 + 8 PSU connectors?

          They're called Molex Mini-Fit Jr (Series 5557 and 5559 ) ... or AMP/Tyco VAL-U-LOCK

          Molex:

          http://www.molex.com/molex/products/...CB_HEADERS.xml
          http://www.molex.com/molex/products/...P_HOUSINGS.xml
          http://www.molex.com/molex/products/...P_HOUSINGS.xml
          http://www.molex.com/molex/products/...P_HOUSINGS.xml

The molex site above says "mates with" and "use with" and part number which you can easily enter (sometimes without hyphens) in stores.

          AMP

          http://www.te.com/catalog/pn/en/2-20...PN=2-2029091-4
          http://www.te.com/catalog/pn/en/2-20...PN=2-2029094-4
          http://www.te.com/catalog/pn/en/2-20...PN=2-2029097-4
          http://www.te.com/catalog/pn/en/2-20...PN=2-2029100-4

You can search for those part numbers on digikey or Farnell but keep in mind sometimes they're without hyphens example:

          http://www.digikey.com/product-searc...=0&pageSize=50

Farnell has mile long url's so not gonna paste it here, but you can basically filter by molex and then by the series.

Note that these are just the housings, some of these (the ones not meant for soldering to pcb) are without the actual metal connectors inside. Molex site says what connectors they should be used in the "use with" bit on each page.
You'd need a crimping tool to wire those connectors.

Re: What type to look for ATX 24 + 8 PSU connectors?

selldoor - that do the trick! Found the AXP 24 pin PSU connector there:
            571-215860374 (mouser no.)
and the 12V one require more searching, because the keys are somewhat nonstandard in the one I just opened - eg. differ from 8pin ATX PSU keys

Many & many of these 8pin connectors that "looks like" to be usable are dead wrong with pins shifted (WTF?!) and keys wrong for the intended PSU usage:

mariushm - no no no no, you got it wrong... or I type it wrong I need female parts of these molex connectors (as they are on mainboards) to solder into my PCB!
Solder, not crimple on wires. Solder

PS. that one should be it:
            http://www.te.com/catalog/pn/en/1-79...QPN=1-794305-1
            These keys are fine:

So, the Mouser no. is 571-1-794305-1 for a 12V 8pin ATX PSU connector

One thing makes me wonder, tough. And that they are the same as ATX connectors (pitch 4.2mm), yet they claim only 9A can go thru? 9x4 = 36A ... that translate at 12V to 432W. This is getting dangerously close to todays power requirments of many stuff...

Thanks for all the help, guys!

Acemagic /Nipogi AM06 Pro . Front USB Type C No power
              by 90Ninety
I’m troubleshooting a Nipogi AM06 Pro mini PC (5500U model, also sold as the Acemagic AM06 Pro). The unit generally operates without issues, but the front-facing Type-C port fails to deliver power to any connected peripheral.

I purchased the system new, so I can’t confirm whether this port was functional at any point. It’s possible the port was miswired during manufacturing. Notably, I did once inadvertently connect the Type-C power adapter to this port, which could have resulted in electrical damage.

To investigate further, I disassembled the device. My experience...
