    What are these?

I found these on a local auction site: http://www.osta.ee/mingid-plokid-40083062.html
What are these? Are they worth the 12 euros? About 15 dollars or so.

Fluke 9010A - What are they worth?
                by Crystaleyes
                Hi all.

I've been offered an old Fluke 9010A Microsystems controller with three pods, but the only question is what is a fair price to pay for it?
Neither I nor the owner have any idea as to the value, only that they aren't cheap...

It has been sitting in a warehouse for maybe twenty years, wrapped in plastic, so I would imagine that it would need a recap at least, but maybe not?

Anyway... I was thinking of offering him about 300 Euros/Dollars, which I think he may accept, considering it will just sit on a shelf for another twenty years otherwise....

                Samsung UE75TU6905 reboot loop
                by brkie
I have a Samsung UE75TU6905 from 2021, with a maximum of 10 hours of usage as it has been used as a presentation TV in the office. It started rebooting, the picture disappears, the sound continues for 2-3 seconds, and then it restarts (Samsung logo with Tizen OS), after which it returns to the previous activity. I tried disconnecting HDMI, antenna, WiFi, and using different power outlets, and it seemed to improve (or so I thought). Before, it happened occasionally, but now it happens all the time, so the TV stays on for a maximum of 30 seconds.

I read on Samsung's website (reviews)...

                So I stupidly volunteered to fix a friend's TV, a Phillips 43PUS6401/12

I have previously fixed TV's before , even replacing cathode rays , not a fun task .. Typically the advent of subpar capacitors inside the early Samsung Flatscreens is the reason I originally registered here

However I digress , the Phillps TV was not switching on , no standby light nothing... So rightly or wrongly ( probably wrong ) I assumed the power board was dead , or a faulty power board .. Upon first inspection, I got the MultiBeeper on it , since I am aware of Ohms law , I checked the regular...

So i've mentioned that I have this Weller WE1010 that I bought a couple years ago or right soon after they first came out. What I didn't like about it was that I left it on for almost a full 24 hours once so I installed an arduino controlled relay that was programmed to cut power at 45 minutes ... then I didn't like that it didn't have a backlight ... i work in dark-ish conditions quite a bit when im messin with this stuff so I made a solid effort to install a backlight and I actually kind of succeeded ... the iron still works but some of the segments on the display stopped working ... so i figured...

                Hi everyone..

I bought my son a ue40m5000ak at a local auction house last week as he needed a large display for his Stage Lighting Visualiser. He left it a week before testing and found it was non functional, unfortunatly that as pain as although I am a good customer of the auction room they have a 24hr test and return policy...

Usual sort of story realy, it's giving 5 flasshes on the power LED but googling gives the usualy vauge or not helpful responses.

Anyone got any experice in this model range?

Is it likly the PSU just need re-capped,...
