    SMD Markings

Is anyone familiar with marking on surface mount diode?

    I have two:

    J3H

    F4J

They both are about 2.67 mm x 1.62mm.

    Thanks

TE Circuit Protection offers the widest selection of surface-mount fuses available for addressing a broad range of overcurrent protection applications. Helping to prevent costly damage and promote a safe environment for electronic and electrical equipment, our single-use chip fuses provide performance stability to support applications with current ratings from .5A up to 20A.

TE Circuit Protection also offers the telecom FT600 fuse for telecommunications applications. This telecom fuse helps comply with North American overcurrent protection requirements, including Telcordia, GR-1089,...

        Samsung BN44-00259A standby question
        by Crystaleyes
        Hi all.

I started a thread while back regarding TV power supply standby circuitry as it is something I am not quite on top of.
SMPS theory and function is becoming more familiar, however the standby part is still a bit of a mystery.

Anyway, a friend has this TV with the above mentioned power supply board which has no standby voltage, nor any other voltages leaving the board.
The mains AC comes in fine, gets filtered and rectified with power is on the main filter cap as well as the transformer and drain pins of the ICE3B0665J, but that's it.

        SMD diode identification
        by dftntm
I have to replace the surface mount diodes in the attached picture, because they are open, so I need help in identifying them. The marking on the printed circuit board starts with the letters CR, the markings on the diodes are NM 64 A. The dimensions of the diodes are 3.5 x 5.5 millimeters. Which one should I order as replacements?...

Need help in identifying component, marking SEFUSE D5T4YB
        by shade02751287
        Hello.
I need help in identifying a component. It appears to be 3 pin fuse, marking SEFUSE D5T4YB, but i cannot find any information about it. Taken out of DELL XCMRD 14.8V battery board.
        Thanks in advance.

Edit: Got told its D6T, because there was still more gunk on it. Sorry for bother and thanks.
