Hi guys, I am looking for the datasheet of a 62P62/MEN chip. It's from a key fob for 06 Mercedes Benz Sprinter, the IC is manufactured by ST and the key fob it's made by TEMIC. I'm trying to troubleshoot why the transponder it's not working on this key fob. Thank you guys!

I have problem identifying a SOT23 SMD device. It is labeled WAW. I know this is a diode, possibly a zener. Device is part of the gate driver logic in a switch mode PSU. Anyone that can help me with this issue.. Thanks. -
I have a problem identifying a SMD device. This is likely a SOT23-5 package, and it is labeled as 72 2B 06 in tree different rows. See also attached picture. Device is part of the gate driver logic in a switch mode PSU.

I have an MSI 3PA1 monitor on my bench that wont power on. I have tested the 2 (what I believe to be Schottky Diodes) and both are shorted in both directions (a common faulty from what I can see on Google) but I'm not certain what the markings on the Diodes mean so I need some help in identifying which ones to order from Mouser please?
I've done a search for 101C 5100C and all I can find are datasheets for 5100C which say they are 20-100V 5A Schottky Diodes but I'm not 100% sure if this is correct or not and what significance the 101C is.
