Need help identifying a SOT23-5 device labeled as 72 2B 06 in tree different rows

I have a problem identifying a SMD device. This is likely a SOT23-5 package, and it is labeled as 72 2B 06 in tree different rows. See also attached picture. Device is part of the gate driver logic in a switch mode PSU.
Anyone that can help me with this issue.. Thanks.

Check the pinout. The numbering system looks more like a Rohm part to me.
