Mosfet Replacement MTP 2955V

Hello. I'm trying to find a replacement for a Mosfet I have labeled:

NL243
MTP
2955V

It seems this one is no longer made. I've found some on ebay, but with shipping and "handling" it comes to over $7... which seems a little high.

Can someone help me cross reference one that will work? It is for a Samsung SyncMaster 151s Monitor.
