I have the same laptop like You (fully worked).
With Your bios my laptop start, but no screen.

I have updated ME section in bios file and from now on my machine does work.

So try this dump and I wish You luck

Hello.
Black screen problem, tried all bios uploads I could find here.
Laptop behaves the same before and after bios chip remove - power button led always on, keyboard illumination comes on for a few seconds on power on.

Hello, I need help to recover a Lenovo x1 carbon 3rd generation laptop.
