I have a Samsung 65" Curved 4K.. This is actually my home TV and it's on the wall, so I can't get at the model number..
It came in as a "repair" but all it needed was the CONNECT box so, to the best of my knowledge, it hasn't been cracked open...
The problem is, there are some lighted areas at the very top of the display... It's noticeable, but not grotesquely so...
When I was working on the previous LG 4K, I noticed that there was black tape around the edges and I was thinking that might be there to prevent this LED "Seepage" issue.. But, thinking it thru, that doesn't seem to make any sense...
Any ideas as to what could cause this and if it's fixable??
Thanx...
