Help for identify components! F1 GUD & F2 VUD

Hi there!
can someone help me with some infos about these 2 components. i think there are mosfets? but no idea to search them from the markings. if someone more experienced could help me with some details to find them or find some replacements I will appreciate!

both of them are shorted and need to be replaced
markings :
F1 GUD 6U0306 & F2 VUD 6U1K01

What is the motherboard part number,have you looked for a schematic

I think they`re made by NIKO-SEM but havn`t found the part numbers yet

For F2 you must use the same part PE606BA .For F1 you must use the same PE600BA
