    Samsung UA48H6400 Backlight Problem

    Hi

I have a samsung LED TV ua48h6400. With a back light problem. Checked the Leds and found they all light up. When reassembling set I switched it on with the Screen to TCON collectors not plugged in. On checking if both connectors are plugged in. LEDS do not light up but with either one conneccted singly the Leds are on. Is this problem being caused by the screen?

    Thanks

    Jim

post a picture of the resulting display with either of the cables disconnected and also feed in a signal. That may indicate whether there is a different issue that the led backlights.
