What does the lower left and lower right number mean?

They are date or manufacturer codes and not needed for part identification.

20a 100v schottky rectifier

MBR = schottky rectifier,
first 2 digits are the amperage, remaining are the voltage.
the rest means nothing, it's for factory use to indicate factory, production line, date etc.
