How old is that thing? Might pay to replace the lot. I recently replaced all the SMD electrolytics in a Roland KR3500 because after many years they were ALL leaking, and for some it wasn't even obvious because the plastic base hid the evidence.
Not one was bulged, either.

Some of the early SMD electrolytics are prone to failure, especially in devices which can get hot inside.
I am also curious if there were SMD electrolytics which were not solvent resistant.
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

Interesting. Also, they seem to look like they were made by Panasonic. The text font and clear (easily visible) lettering reminds me of them.
Perhaps there is a faulty circuit design? Or maybe the cap was manufactured incorrectly. (I see it's plastic base and band match the other caps, but maybe it was marked the wrong way around)
But, damn, looks like that thing is ready to launch!!!
