Lenovo L340-15API BIOS Dump needed

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a BIOS dump for a Lenovo L340-15API. NM-C101 Rev:1.0.
The laptop was shut off during a BIOS update and doesn't boot. The power light flashes and has a slow fan spin. If anyone has one they are willing to share, I would greatly appreciate it

Hi,
Could you tell me if you used the same chip or new one. I have old programmer and used mx 25L6445E instead of original 25LB64CSIG and it doesn't work with the file from Vesko356. Both are 1.8V and I just wonder if it's problem with ic compatibility or something else.

The 25LB64CSIG is 1.8V .The 25L6445E is 3.3V (working voltage) VCC = 2.7~3.6V

Now it's clear. I expected "L" means 1.8V. Looks like it's time for new programmer. I'm using GQ-4X. Many thanks for help.

LB means 1.8V ,see page 64 in the datasheet

LB means 1.8V ,see page 64 in the datasheet

Just for update of my previous post. I've got again similar laptop V155-15API with the same motherboard NM-C101 and bios issue. This time I used CH341A programmer with 1.8V adapter and test clip. Chip 25Q64FWSIQ programmed on the board successfully. Laptop is working fine with no issues. Thanks Vesko356 and SMDFlea for support.

Just for update of my previous post. I've got again similar laptop V155-15API with the same motherboard NM-C101 and bios issue. This time I used CH341A programmer with 1.8V adapter and test clip. Chip 25Q64FWSIQ programmed on the board successfully. Laptop is working fine with no issues. Thanks Vesko356 and SMDFlea for support.

bios for... L340-15API, L340-17API, L340-15API Touch, V155-15API use the bios from post #13, if you have the 25Q64FWSIQ bios chip you need an adapter from 3.3v to 1.8v, don't forget to do a copy of the original bios before writing..
