    viewsonic vx900 low light

I have an older monitor, viewsonic vx900, the screen is really really faint. I can barely see the windows logon screen. I searched some forums and they said it may be inverter. I found it also could be the fuses(pic included).

How would i know what type of fuse this is in the pic? I cant seem to find a diagram of this board, DAC-12c024.

    Thanks!

I am glad you asked this question cause it forced me to find the answer in which I feel I will soon need. Check this PDF on this link.

On page 2 it shows that the FN indicates a 2A fuse. Who knows what made it blow but order more than 1 just in case something is wrong someplace else.

Whenever possible, post pictures of the both sides of the inverter and processor board. When posting pics, just insert as attachment at bottom of post, not inline pictures.
