after being interested but disgusted with the VIA EPIA mini-ITX boards due to their use of crap caps, i was interested to see the commell solutions.
commell are basically an industrial computer supplier, so i guess we will see these only in specialist shops, although their new boards is quite consumer orientated.
so lets check the LV-674
http://www.commell.com.tw/Product/SBC/LV-674.HTM

what is the interesting thing about it, well it doesnt use that many radial caps at all. the 6 it does are solid polymer caps. nice.
what else does it have then, well it has lga775 p4 support @1066fsb, 945g chipset, onboard vga, dual channel ddr2, ide or 3 port sata2, 4gigabit lan !!!!, 4 x usb, firewire, audio, 1xpcix and mini pci for wireless.
sounds like a killer htpc????
nice site for this stuff http://www.epiacenter.com
