desktop motherboard no post no beep fans spins

Hello Everyone,

i have a serious problem with my m4n68t-m le v2 asus motherboard
everything is working fine with my ram, processor, video card, battery and power supply..
but the motherboard still doesnt show any sign of posting nor display.
i dont even see bad caps or burns over the board pls help me troubleshoot this.

i tried clearing the cmos but i get the same result no post nor display.
can anyone tell me if this is a shorting problem within my board? how can i check for voltages?

Does the cpu get warm at all, reseated all the ram and connectors ?

yes cpu gets warmed after a minute..i cleaned them then i've reseated all the required components

Ok have you tried a different psu, checked if the north and south bridge chips get hot ?

yes i have tried a different psu.. but still no post .. ill go check if southbridge and northbridge gets hot.. ill be back again after 5 minutes..

yes the northbridge and southbridge gets hot..
keyboard numlock doesnt light up even if i press it many times..
