I've got an issue with this desktop motherboard. It does not power on, Asus Prime H310M-A R2.0. I tested 33ohms reading on 3v line on the ATX connector. It beeps on continuity mode. I tried injecting voltage from 0.9v at 1.5amps and no current being drawn. I raised the voltage to 3v @ 4amps and now I only get 22mA on current. I checked with thermal camera and there is no part heating up. I'm afraid of going further the safe voltage. What could possibly causing the line to be shorted. 5vsb has no short. I get 0.9v on positive pin of power switch. There's no short on 3vsb. I uploaded board view of this motherboard which I also got from this site.
