Came in with nothing but a motherboard. Put in a CPU (AMD Quad core), 4x 1GB DDR3 RAM (also tried 1x 2GB DDR3), and a power supply (tried two, one 300W and one 470W). Power light is blinking white.
Seems to be a common issue but with little luck as far as fixes go. Google-fu seems to reveal reseating RAM can fix occasionally.
EDIT: Just seen it has a HD4200 of some sort. A lot of the RS880M HD4250 chips are known to be faulty - wouldn't be surprised if the issue extended to this.
The southbridge was getting really hot. Bad motherboard, so I scrapped it. Bummer, it was a really nice PC and it even still had a Windows 7 product key.
