    Motorcycle Ignitor box?

    Hey guys I was wondering if any of you could help me with re-making this DIY project I found online. Original link is here: http://www.thegsresources.com/_forum...d.php?t=182719

    Basically I can't find the parts he lists on digikey but I'm also pretty new at all of this. I've fixed a few electronics and I'd really like to give this project a try. I think the basic problem here is I'm too clueless to understand what he's listing in his parts list...

    Anyone have any advice on where to get custom pcbs printed? It seems like the cheapest place I found is OSH Park, anyone care to share experiences?

    So here are some pictures and the parts list:

    Parts list
    D1,D11,D21 = 1N4007
    Q11,Q12,Q13,Q21,Q22,Q23 = 2SC1959
    Q01 = 2SK163
    Q14,Q24 = 2SD977 or 2SD1976
    if use the type 2SD1976 you dont need use Z11 & Z21
    Z11 Z21 = ZY350v /1,3W
    Z01 = ZD4,7/1,3W
    R11, R21 = 1K
    R12, R22 = 3,9K
    R13, R14, R15, R16, R23, R24, R25, R26 = 4,7K
    R18,R28 = 300 ohm
    R19,R29 = 470 ohm
    R17, R27 = 300 ohm 2W
    C01 = 100nF/63v
    C02 = 100μF / 63V/105°
    C11, C21 = 22nF/63V
    C12, C22, C13, C23 = 10nF/63V
    C14, C24 = 150nF/400V

    Re: Motorcycle Ignitor box?

    Most of the parts seem common enough. Are the zener diodes the ones you are having trouble locating?

    The parts list doesn't appear to match the schematic where the zener diodes are concerned. The schematic and the photograph of the board look like the 350 volt zener in the parts list has been replaced by a 150 volt and 200 volt zener in series.

    Edit: The last place I used for PCB manufacturing was Sunstone Circuits. Search for PCB123 which is their PCB layout software and you will find it.

      I found the 1N4007 diodes and the capacitors. But I can't find any of the "Q or Z" type parts. I also don't really know what I'm doing as far as getting the right resistors, I get that 300 ohm means I should get a 300 ohm resistor but what about the other specifications? and I don't really know what he's talking about when he puts things like "3,9k". Sorry to need my hand held... I'm able to follow "recipes" pretty well usually, it just turns out I'm a terrible cook...

        Re: Motorcycle Ignitor box?

        The 'Q' items are transistors and the 'Z' items are zener diodes.

        "3,9k" is 3.9K or 3,900 ohms. The resistors are generally 1/4 watt unless otherwise specified, at least for the ones with leads. SMD is probably different but none of those on this board.

        The schematic has part numbers for the zener diodes which are more common than that marked on the parts list.

        I will check back Monday and help you find any parts that you need help with at that time. Do you have a preferred vendor such as Digi-Key or Mouser?

        What temperature range do you expect this Ignitor Box to encounter.

        I built a replacement ignition module for my 1983 Nissan 280ZX many years ago and it worked fine until one extremely cold winter. I couldn't locate transistors that would handle the extreme cold so I had to purchase a factory built module. It was fun and very rewarding to build the replacement. Components were more difficult to locate back then.

          Great! thanks for helping clear that up, I've used digikey a few times in the past. I'll post back if there's anything I can't find now. Thanks again!

            Samsung UN65JU67ODFXZA Version TD01 Schematic and Parts List
            by Mark D
            The TV is a Samsung UN65JU67ODFXZA Version TD01. I replaced the power source board and the TV is now working, but I decided to try and troubleshoot the old board to fix at the component level. Trying to get a schematic and a parts list has proven to be an issue. Trying on my own, I can't tell you how many times my Norton security has flagged sites as "malicious". I ordered a service manual from ServiceManuals.net, paid $16.99 and got 66 pages of everything BUT schematics and component parts list! Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Some of the surface mounted component parts...

            WH1000XM4, Sony headphones exploded view & parts list please
            by zen
            These headphones sell for between £250 - £300 so well worth going into.

            Need to identify earpiece swivel brackets LEFT/RIGHT.

            Right side damaged.

            Manage to modify original & now works quite well, but it does seem to be a weak point on these headsets therefore would like to have some in stock for future repairs.

            Firstly, would like to find out if Sony supply these as separate parts & if not then try to have them 3D printed.

            Can anyone help?

            SVOD4 PCB pictures + parts
            by 2elw
            Hey, I find it very absurd that the SVOD4 costs so much and has zero documentation. I had no other choice than to buy it to unlock ECs, if there was any documentation or firmware avalible I could've made it or something simmilar. Anyways here are some of the most important parts:

            STM32H723VGT6 MCU - It's a microcontroller by STMicroelectronics and its the whole brain of the SVOD4. It has flash memory for the firmware which can be updated by the SVOD4 program. Its also powered by the AMS117 which converts 5v into 3.3V. 7€ on AliExpress.

            GW1N-UV9UG169C6/I5 FPGA - Its a...
