    Pong

For a while I have left my old vic-20 to collect dust.
Finally, the other day I found paddles that would work with the system.
Now I have to find the code to pong.

    That's where the problem arises.

The closest thing to BASIC is visual basic. oddly enough, a commodore can't use visual (duh!)
Where can I find a list of the lines of code to create pong on a commodore system?
    Find Nedry!

    Check the Vending machines!!

Magnum IA.100 Amplifier Switches on, No Output, Possible Input Side fault?
    by flibidy
I have here a Magnum IA.100 which belongs to my parents.

The unit powers on & when the relay kicks in, you get a pop from the speakers (this might sound weird but is usual behavior for this amp). However, you get nothing coming through it from any of the inputs & no pops and crackls from any of the controls.

Because of the sound from the speaker when the amp turns on I have assumed that the output section probably works but I could be wrong & I'm not sure how to test that side of things further.

    Basic electronic knowledge resources
    by swofra
    Hey all,
I've got a few XBOX power problems but don't know much about anything concerning electronics troubleshooting outside of replacing caps. Instead of coming on here and wasting people's time being confused when they say check rectifier, transistor, resistor, etc or whatever it may be and then having to ask "what is that?", I wanted to learn and build up a knowledge base first so I'm not completely clueless and can apply the good advice people give without confusing the situation more by not knowing what i am doing.
Is there a good thread or source, either on this...

Information wanted for Venture Line 6 Pac I Pong game
    by JNP-3R
Hey everybody. I'm curious if any of y'all have experience working on older arcade or pong games. I was recently contacted to help fix up what I believe is a 6 Pac I retrofit board by Venture Line that's integrated into a third party cabinet (Tennistronics?). The unit is old school. All 7400 logic, 555s for timing, and so on. No microprocessors in sight.

The unit's in surprisingly good condition, but has an issue with the 3rd player paddle. It seems that the paddle will always extend from the bottom of the screen to where it ought to be, it's about normal width if you move it to...

    PSU killing components?
    by grss1982
    Hi everyone! Been a while!

So I have a CM MWE 750 Bronze - V2 PSU powering the following:

    Ryzen 5 3400G
    Gigabyte B450 Auorus Motherboard
    32GB DDR4-3600 (2x16)
    ASUS TUF 1660 TI 6GB DDR6
    1TB NVME

This was purchased by a friend about 3 years ago for her kid and now it showing signs of instability. The PC had this problem of the screen becoming garbled after it was booted up and idling in Windows. It also sometimes gets a BSOD. So I did some stress test by starting with Prime 95 and noticed that the torture test just fails and stops immediately....

MacBook Pro M1 A2338 256/16 820-2020 Turns On but No Charge, stuck 5V
    by Daniel M
    Hello all,

I bought this MacBook brand new at launch. I have taken care of it since new and it suddenly failed on me recently.. it began to refuse to charge.

I first checked all the basic things before opening it, to no avail.

I have now opened it and taken the logic board out. I did a visual inspection and found no visible liquid damage or corrosion, or exploded caps, burnt components, etc. Cleaned the usb c connectors.

Here are my measurements thus far:

    PBBUS_AON: 12V

    PP5V_S2: 5.3V

    PP3v8_AON:...
