Change hard drive letter path after clone?

My Samsung 1TB drive was getting slow and making weird sounds so I cloned it to a Seagate Constellation ES 2TB drive. The Samsung was my secondary data drive and was labeled F:/ The new one is E:/ so none of my paths are correct anymore. I tried changing it to F:/ in Disk Management but it isn't an option. I tried looking for the original drive driver and couldn't find that. The program I used was HD Clone 3.8 Anyone have any ideas?

Okay I got it to work but now almost every steam game I have has disappeared even though they're all on the hard drive with the original path, and all the data is the same
