I honestly couldn't tell. I peeled the sheathing off one and dissected it also, didn't yield any clues. They did remind me of Jackcon caps though....I haven't seen those in anything since way back in the P3 days. I'll have to dig out my old Sencore LC102 cap checker to see what they really are as far as values.
