Panasonic caps - dried electrolyte on leads/bung from factory?

I just bought these from Mouser and upon closer inspection the area where the bung and leads meet has some dried green substance on it, presumably dried electrolyte. Is this normal?

Sharp Lc-50UB30U may be locked out of Service Mode and Factory Mode
      by RRice25541
So i got this tv from my neighbor, when it wasn't working right for him,, he purchased another tv and gave his old to me.
the color is all outa wack, like the settings have been corupted,
I've already done a firmware search using the wifi connection update from the tv and it didn't find any new update so it's got the most recent version.

      so
The issue is i can't get into service mode or factory mode, tried resetiing it from user mode and it didn't change anything.
when i bring up the menu and type the pass codes to access either mode the menu disappears...

JVC LT-43C888 (manufactured by Vestel) does not start after trying factory reset, details below
      by masterm
TV: JVC LT-43C888 (purchased in 2018). This is a smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, Freeview and other applications via 'Viewd' app store

      Problem with TV:
      - Netflix stopped working so i tried to do factory reset from the TV menu.
      - I confirmed on-screen but the factory reset did not happen even. It did not take me to 'first-time installation' screen as mentioned in the manual.
      - After waiting for some time, the TV went into a boot loop.
      - JVC logo comes on the screen and LED light flashes for some seconds, then it reboots again and the same thing happens

Need Factory BIOS for ASUS TUF506IU
      by alimohebiyan
      Hello,

My laptop was recently repaired, but now it does not have a proper BIOS.
I was able to get the corrupted BIOS file (dump) from my technician.

      I need help to either:
      • Repair/fix this corrupted BIOS file, or
      • Get the original/default factory BIOS for my laptop.

If anyone has the correct BIOS or can guide me on how to restore it, I would really appreciate your help.

      Motherboard Model: [DABKXBYBAC0 REV : C]
      Serial Number: [L8NRCX03847534D]

      Thank you in advance!

[NOT A RESCUE BIOS] Dell Latitude E6530 Rare Factory BIOS (Revision A86)
      by Amber TC
⚠️ Not a Rescue BIOS. Flash at Your Own Risk. ⚠️

      This is not A17.

This is not listed on Dell's support site.

This is an unreleased internal firmware revision recovered from a university loaner Latitude E6530... and it possibly bricked the system it came from.

It is from the 8 MB Winbond W25Q64 chip. Could be nothing burger but given the anomalies this is a very interesting firmware dump.

Firmware collectors and reverse engineers might find this useful, It contains certs, modules, and DXE drivers not present in A17. This is likely...
