I have a 22uf@6.3v that I can replace it with. I think that will be fine?

It's from a Super Famicom game, Marvelous: Mōhitotsu no Takarajima マーヴェラス ～もうひとつの宝島

Regarded as a pretty good game. If you're a gamer you should check it out.

If you don't mind, can you tell me how you know the values of the cap so I can apply that method for the next time?

the values are printed on them.

i would use a 22uf 16v or higher tantalum type to replace it
