Can't positively identify any of these capacitors.
There is no definite match to known capacitors from known manufacturers.
However, as is fairly common these days, many capacitors are manufactured specifically for OEM's, particularly those that manufacture motherboards and video cards. As these capacitors are special ordered, there is usually no public information available for these capacitors, unfortunately.
So, it is likely these capacitors are custom ordered, with no information on them being available to others. -

Capacitor detached from PCB – RTX 2070 Super Founders Edition
Description:
During maintenance on an RTX 2070 SUPER Founders Edition, I found a capacitor lying on my desk after reassembly.
I did not notice it detaching, so I am unsure of its original location on the PCB.
Procedure performed:
- Removed backplate
- Cleaned heatsink and PCB with isopropyl alcohol + soft ESD brush
- Reapplied thermal compound
- Reassembled card
Observed behavior after reassembly:

I'm trying to flash the bios chip but all the files on the asus website end in a 3 digit bios number. I'm not sure how to convert/trim/extract from these files to a file I can load with AsProgrammer to write to the chip.

I hope someone can help me.
I have an Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 (G814JZ) laptop with a Winbond 25Q16JWNIG chip on the motherboard.
Unfortunately, I flashed the wrong file (BIOS/EC/other region – I'm honestly not sure anymore), and now the laptop is completely dead: no display, no fan spin, no reaction at all.
I have a CH341A programmer and I'm able to read and write to the chip. However, I'm not sure which software is best (AsProgrammer, NeoProgrammer, etc.) or if there's anything specific I should watch out for.
