    The reason I asked and was getting confused is that I'm recapping the whole amp, and have a set of capacitors. The nearest I have to 2.2/16 is 2.2/50.
    There are several 2.2/50 on the board and replacements in the kit. This Sanyo is the only one that is different ie 16, not 50.
    Will the 50 be a suitable replacement, I'm aware the figure is for maximum voltage, but it does seem a lot higher.

      50v is fine, it's pretty much the lowest voltage rating you can get now for 1uf and 2.2uf caps
