help with 3.3 v chip

hey guy's im kinda new here
i have a hp omen laptop yesterday it suddenly turned off
and didn't turn on again no led no charging led nothing
so after opening it turns out to be what i thing its a 3.3 voltage regulator ( MS6IR ) not sure if its correct
that getting really hot when power plug in
so i searched online for the chip to order one but i couldn't find it
so it would be really great if one of you know whats the real name of it

give the exact make & model etc of the laptop and any name / ID on the circuit board.
a schematic may be needed.

it could be a bad chip, but it could also just be getting hot because something downstream is shorted.
(like a ceramic capacitor)
